A closed first floor, taken by one booking at a time, two minutes from Charminar. Arrival coordinated, vehicles handled, a named host, service only when called for, and the doors shut. Nobody walks through, nobody else is seated.
The kitchen is 100% pure vegetarian and alcohol-free — which, when you are hosting a delegation whose dietary requirements you may not fully know, quietly removes every one of them at once.
When the guest is a chairman, a visiting CEO or a consular delegation, the meal is not the point — not being let down in front of them is the point. The car with nowhere to go. The washroom you would rather they had not seen. The dietary requirement that surfaces awkwardly at the table. The conversation somebody at the next table can hear.
Each of those is a small thing and each of them is remembered. Here is how each one is taken off the table before your guests arrive.
When you are hosting a mixed international delegation, you frequently do not know — and cannot politely ask — what every guest does and does not eat. Halal. Kosher. Vegetarian. Fasting. Religious observance somebody would rather not announce in a business setting.
A 100% pure vegetarian, alcohol-free kitchen answers all of them at once, and answers them before anyone has to declare anything. No meat, no eggs, no alcohol on the premises, nothing to explain and nobody obliged to explain themselves.
For diplomatic and consular hosting in particular, that is not a limitation. It is the reason to choose the room. Jain preparation, without onion and garlic, is arranged at the planning stage on top.
Planned before the day, not improvised at the door.
One booking on the floor. Nobody else, at any point.
Present when wanted. Absent when not.
The part most venues leave to chance.
Everything above is a claim, so here is what stands behind it — and we would genuinely rather you came and looked. Walk the staircase, see the washroom, meet the host who will be on duty. It takes half an hour and it is the only sensible way to commit somebody senior to a room you have not seen.
And one thing we cannot arrange: there is no lift in the building. KnK Private is up a staircase. If a guest cannot manage stairs, tell us at the planning stage and we will set the sitting on the ground floor instead — a different, more public room, which for some guests will not be acceptable. Better to know now than on the day.
Every format includes the reserved first floor, a named host, table service and a menu finalised in advance. Pricing is per guest and confirmed against the final headcount — or a flat figure for the whole floor.
A South Indian breakfast with unlimited filter kaapi on the private first floor, booked in advance.
Per guest · advance booking · morning.
Unlimited lunch or dinner on the private first floor, booked in advance.
Per guest · advance booking · two hours.
Controlled, pre-planned service for senior guests. Bespoke menu, guest coordination, arrival and departure handled, a heritage briefing if the visit calls for one. This is the format for a chairman, a visiting CEO or a consular party.
The entire floor, exclusively, for up to 24 guests, with a curated menu built around the occasion. A flat figure rather than a per-guest one — which makes it both better value above sixteen and simpler when the guest list is still moving.
A confidential discussion with the doors closed and service only when you call for it. Projector, screen and Wi-Fi on request, so the same sitting works as a working session rather than only a meal.
For an overseas guest who will otherwise see stone and traffic. A guided walk through the precinct with proper context, an attar or lac-bangle session, then a seated meal upstairs. The thing they will still be talking about at home.
Booking for a team rather than a guest? Departmental breakfasts, quarterly offsites, milestone lunches and team-building sit on the HR & team offsites page, with per-head budgets and the procurement path set out.
The date, the headcount and who the guest is — that is enough to start. You will get back a menu, an arrival plan and a confirmed figure, usually the same day. Come and inspect the room before you commit anyone senior to it; we would rather you did.
