Discretion, protocol, dietary neutrality, arrival, billing and what happens if the diary moves — the questions you have to answer before you put a chairman, a visiting CEO or a delegation into a room you have not personally inspected.
← Executive hosting overviewThe short answers
One booking sits on the floor at a time. The entire first floor can be reserved. Its anyway closed to walk-ins and closed to the street, with controlled access up the staircase. No other party is seated, nobody passes through, and service comes to the table only when called for. A confidential discussion stays in the room.
Yes — it is one of the more common bookings. Closed doors, controlled access, and service on call rather than hovering. Tell us at the booking stage that it is a working session and the room is laid out for it, with the projector, screen and Wi-Fi set up before your guests arrive rather than fetched during.
Yes. A dedicated host is assigned to your sitting and briefed in advance — on the guest list, the timings, the protocol and the dietary requirements. You are not explaining any of it to whoever happens to be on shift.
Yes, and we would rather you did. Walk the staircase, see the washroom, meet the host. It takes half an hour, outside service hours, and it is the only sensible way to commit somebody senior to a room you have not seen. Arrange it on +91 99517 90000.
Yes. Say so at the booking stage and no photographs are taken by us, and none are used afterwards. For sensitive hosting this should be stated explicitly when you book rather than assumed — the default for most bookings is that we may photograph the room setting, not the guests.
Yes, and the dietary position is the reason. A 100% pure vegetarian, alcohol-free kitchen is the most neutral table available — it answers halal, kosher, vegetarian, fasting and religious observance simultaneously, without any guest having to declare anything in a business setting. Add a closed floor, controlled arrival and English-speaking coordination and the protocol risks largely disappear.
The kitchen position handles most of them by default — no meat, no eggs, no alcohol, anywhere on the premises. Jain preparation, without onion and garlic, is arranged at the planning stage. Where a guest's requirement is unknown to you, a pure vegetarian table is the safest available assumption.
One limit stated plainly: this is not an allergen-free kitchen. Milk, wheat, nuts, lentils and a full spice range are handled daily. A serious allergy must be raised before you confirm.
Yes — this is what the Hosted Hyderabad Experience is for, at ₹999 per guest. A guided walk through the precinct with proper historical context, an attar or lac-bangle session at a family workshop, then a seated meal upstairs. The attar session is consistently what overseas visitors remember longest, ahead of the monuments. Allow two days' notice.
Yes — booking, menu explanation, cultural context and service, all in English, with spice levels adjusted on request. The team also works in local Indian languages, so a mixed party is not a problem.
Parking is arranged on a confirmed booking and the drop-off is on the main road frontage beside Sardar Mahal — guests step out at the entrance rather than walking in from a lane. Send the vehicle numbers and driver contacts when you book; the driver is told where to wait and when to return, and vehicles are brought around as the sitting winds down.
Yes. Guests are met at the entrance and escorted up rather than left to find the staircase. Arrival and departure times are agreed in advance, so the host is at the door rather than in the kitchen when your guest steps out of the car.
No. There is no lift in the building and KnK Private is up a staircase. If a guest cannot manage stairs, tell us at the planning stage and we will set the sitting on the ground floor — but that is a more public room, and for some guests it will not be acceptable. This is the one thing about the room that cannot be worked around, so check it against your guest list early.
Yes — complimentary filter kaapi and a snack for accompanying drivers and escorts, on every visit. They wait comfortably rather than in the vehicle, which matters on a long sitting in Hyderabad's heat.
72 hours for a VVIP sitting or a full floor buyout. 48 hours for a private business lunch or breakfast. 2 days for anything with a guided walk or craft session, because a guide and a workshop both have to be booked. Shorter notice is sometimes possible — ask rather than assume, but the room is one room and a good date goes early.
Per guest, or a flat figure for the whole floor:
Every one includes the reserved floor, a named host, table service and a menu finalised in advance. No room hire, no cover charge, no service charge added at the end.
Yes — ₹20,000 flat for exclusive use, up to 24 guests, with a curated menu built around the occasion. It is usually better value above sixteen people and simpler when the guest list is still moving, because the figure does not change as names come and go.
CANCELLATION_POLICY
If the date moves rather than falls through, say so early — moving a booking is almost always easier than cancelling one, and senior diaries move.
Yes — GST invoices as standard, with purchase orders, advance payment and corporate accounts all accepted, and vendor onboarding paperwork completed for your finance team. Send it across with the booking rather than after the event; finance approvals delay more sittings than availability does.
Yes. A standing arrangement sets the terms once, so you are not re-quoting and re-approving each time — a corporate code, bookings recorded against it, and a month-end summary to your admin lead. Set up by Neel Sharma on +91 99721 31903.
The restaurant's own number reaches the ground floor only and cannot take bookings.
Half an hour, outside service hours. The staircase, the washroom, the room itself and the host who will be on duty.
